Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using CoachToMVP you accept these terms of service. If you don't accept them, you may not create an account or use the service.

2. What CoachToMVP does, and its relationship with Riot Games

CoachToMVP analyzes completed League of Legends matches through Riot Games' official API and uses AI to generate coaching advice and training plans from gameplay data. Benchmarks may be measured, estimated or static, as indicated in the app. Your CoachToMVP account is separate from your Riot account: entering a Riot ID is not signing in through Riot and does not prove ownership of that account.

CoachToMVP isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything that happens through your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access. Your account is personal: you may not share or transfer it to anyone else.

4. Acceptable use

By using CoachToMVP you agree not to:

• link a Riot ID that isn't yours or that you aren't authorized to use
• use the service in a way that violates Riot Games' terms of service
• attempt to automate, overload, or bypass the access limits of the service or the Riot API it uses
• resell, redistribute, or give third parties access to the service without our consent
• use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm CoachToMVP, Riot Games, or other users

5. AI-generated advice

The reports, priorities, and insights you see in CoachToMVP are generated by an AI model from your gameplay statistics. They're suggestions, not absolute truths: they may contain inaccuracies or not fit your situation perfectly. Treat them as food for thought, not a final verdict — they don't guarantee any improvement in your rank or in-game performance.

6. Intellectual property

The code, design, and text of CoachToMVP belong to Giuseppe Coppola, except for trademarks and data owned by Riot Games. Your match data and the content generated for your account stay linked to you: you can request a copy or deletion as described in the privacy policy.

7. Testing phase (MVP)

CoachToMVP is a product in active testing: it may contain bugs and its features may change without notice. The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of continuity or absolute availability during this phase. In particular, accounts and data (matches, reports, goals) may be deleted at any time and without notice, for example to clean up the test environment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CoachToMVP isn't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated coaching advice. The service doesn't guarantee any specific outcome in terms of rank or in-game performance.

9. Suspension and account closure

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time by writing to the contact address at the bottom of this page. We reserve the right to suspend or close an account that violates these terms or the acceptable use described above.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If we make substantial changes, we'll notify you in the app before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law.
